Codigo de Etica/Ethic's Code

 

Toda Persona o Piloto virtual que solicita su incorporación a la ARAv se compromete a cumplir con el presente Código de Ética y Comportamiento:

  1. Comprometerse a acatar y cumplir estos Códigos (en su espíritu), y aceptar su responsabilidad de hacerlo cumplir.

  2. Acatar y cumplir toda disposición que surja de un superior de la ARAv, bajo la modalidad de Orden General, Orden Particular, u Orden Específica.

  3. Estar registrado en IVAO, VATSIM, o ambas de ser posible.

  4. Tener instalado en su computadora y en funcionamiento el FS2004 o posterior, y todo los sistemas de Software de Conexión necesario para ambas Redes de vuelo.

  5. Disponer de un mínimo de 2 horas semanales para la actividad de vuelo militar obligatoria.

  6. Obligarse a participar de los Ejercicios y Actividades calificadas como "Obligatorias" por la ARAv.

  7. El aspirante puede pertenecer a la ARAv como a toda otra Linea Aerea Virtual que desee, Comercial o Militar, no siendo incompatibe la actividad en la ARAv con la de otras fuerzas

  8. No podrán participar del Staff de la ARA virtual aquellos pilotos que pertenezcan al Staff de otras Lineas Aereas Virtuales, por representar un conflictos de intereses. Asimismo, si encontrándose como Staff de la ARAv es convocado para hacerlo en otra Fuerza Militar, deberá comunicar de inmediato dicha novedad al Comando de la ARAv

  9. Poseer una cuenta en Yahoo, o Google Mail (o se los asistirá para obtener una) .

  10. Tener 17 años cumplidos al momento de presentación de la solicitud de Incorporacion

  11. Aceptar formar parte de un grupo de amigos y camaradas, que desean simular la Aviación Naval Argentina, grupo con todas las características de los seres humanos normales, aceptando y respetando las características individuales de cada piloto virtual.

  12. Respetar y acatar las órdenes y decisiones emanadas de sus superiores directos, como así también de la línea de comando de la ARAv, comprometiéndose a no discutir ni cuestionar las mismas, ni públicamente ni en privado.

  13. Obligarse a brindar generosamente sus conocimientos a los demas camaradas, como así tambien, toda vez que le sea requerido, a dar su asesoramiento y buen criterio para la toma de decisiones por parte del Comando de la ARAv.

  14. Únicamente podran participar en Eventos Internacionales con el Callsign de la ARAv, aquellos pilotos que hayan sido autorizados a hacerlo por el Comando de la ARAv.

  15. Todo piloto de la ARAv que concurra a Eventos Internacionales, acepta su representación como Piloto Naval de la Nación Argentina, con toda la responsabilidad que conlleva dicha representación, y acepta y se compromete a desempeñarse de la manera mas decorosa, honrosa y destacada posible. Acepta y conoce que lo hace en su Nombre Personal, el de la ARAv, y el de la Republica Argentina.

  16. Acepta comportarse con respeto y cordialidad hacia todos los pilotos virtuales y las organizaciones que sostienen y participan de la Simulación Virtual.

Each and every Person or Virtual Pilot, requesting to Join the Virtual Argentine Navy, accepts to accomplish with this Ethics Code and Rules of Behavior:

  1. ​Undertake to abide by and comply with these codes (in spirit), and accept their responsibility to enforce it. 

  2. Abide by and comply with all provision of a superior arising from VAN, in the form of General Order, Particular Order, or Specific Order. 

  3. Be registered with IVAO, VATSIM or both, if possible. 

  4. Have installed and running on his computer FS2004 or later, and all software necessary to connect with both Flight Networks. 

  5. Have a minimum of 2 hours per week for mandatory military flight activity. 

  6. Bound to participate in the exercises and activities classified as "Mandatory" by VAN. 

  7. The applicant may belong to VAN as well as to all other Military or Commercial Virtual Airlines he wants, not being incompatibe the activity in VAN with other forces 

  8. May not participate in the VAN Staff, those pilots who belong to other Virtual Airline Staff, due to strong interest conflicts. Also, if belonging to VAN Staff ARA is summoned to do so in another military force, he must report this immediately to the headquarters of the VAN 

  9. Have an account at Yahoo or Google Mail (may be assisted to get one). 

  10. Be 17 years of age at the time of filing of Incorporation 

  11. Acept to be part of a group of friends and comrades who want to simulate the Argentine Naval Aviation, a group with all the characteristics of normal human beings, accepting and respecting the individual characteristics of each virtual pilot. 

  12. Respect and obey the orders and decisions emanating from their direct authorities, as well as the hierarchy of VAN​​, agreeing not to discuss or challenge them, publicly or privately. 

  13. Bound to generously offer their knowledge to the other comrades, as well also, if it is required, advice and good judgment in decision making by the Command of VAN. 

  14. Only those pilots who have been authorized by the Commander of the VAN may participate in international events with VAN​ Callsign. 

  15. All that Arav pilot attending international events, accepts his Naval Pilot Representation of Argentina, with all the responsibility that comes with such a representation, and accepts and agrees to perform in the most decent, honorable and conspicuous manner possible. Accepts and knows that he represents Himself, Virtual Argentine Navy, and the Argentine Republic Virtual Flying Community. 

  16. Accept behave with respect and kindness to all virtual pilots and organizations that support and participate in the Virtual Simulator
